KIXF, 101.5 MHz, Baker, California, and FM Booster Stations KHYZ-FM2, 99.7 MHz,
Las Vegas, Nevada, and KRXV-FM1, 98.1 MHz, Victorville, California, filed an
application with the Federal Communications Commission for consent to the
