Joël Robuchon is known for having held the most Michelin stars of any chef, with 32 stars across all his restaurants at the time of his death in 2018, and his Las Vegas outpost is no exception. In the brief period when Michelin was reviewing Las Vegas spots, Joël Robuchon ‘s namesake restaurant earned 3 stars, Michelin’s highest rating. Chef Christophe De Lellis is currently running things at the MGM Grand location, preparing many of Robuchon’s classic dishes.
